Like any piece of electrical equipment, PCs do occasionally break down. Most PC problems can be traced to either a hardware or software fault. The difficult part is actually diagnosing what is wrong so that it can be remedied. Whilst software faults can usually be fixed by finding the cause and changing files or settings, hardware faults will usually require a replacement part.

FIXED AT HOME will find the cause of your problems as quickly as possible. We will then advise you if any replacement parts are required to complete the repair.

Standard charges apply (See Prices for details)) plus the cost of any parts. Parts may have to be ordered so a second visit may be required (the minimum 1 hour charge will not apply to the 2nd visit.) Alternatively your system can be taken to our workshop, where the diagnostic and repair can take place. A rough quote for this will be given after a quick examination of the PC and a more detailed quote can be given once the PC has been fully examined in the workshop.
